Negotiator - Residential Sales
1. What attracted you to Fenn Wright?
What attracted me to Fenn Wright was its reputation; I had heard many good things about the company and felt that this would be the right company for me.
2. How long have you been with Fenn Wright ?
I joined Fenn Wright as a trainee negotiator in 2014, having never worked in estate agency before. I was very new to it all. I was always given plenty of guidance throughout the training process and given the opportunity to attend many training courses, which were a great help. After progressing past the point of trainee my role began to change and became much more independent, I can now deal with transactions from start to finish on my own.
3. What are your responsibilities?
There are many responsibilities within my role, such as; arranging and accompanying viewings, receiving and negotiating offers on properties, agreeing and progressing sales to completion, and valuing properties for market appraisals.
4. What is your best work related achievement?
My proudest achievement to date has to be skydiving with 3 of my Fenn Wright colleagues from 13,000ft to raise money for the local charity Headway Essex who we support.
5. Where are you based and what’s it like working there?
I am based in the Tollgate office and I think it’s great working here, the atmosphere is always good. We work hard, but we have fun whilst doing it.
