After qualifying and working for a number of years in London, Mark joined Fenn Wright in 1991.  Formerly a Partner and now acting as Consultant to the Practice he is based at the Ipswich office in the Commercial Team.

Mark acts for a range of landlord and tenant clients negotiating freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals as well as rent reviews and lease renewals.  He also acts for landowners and developers providing strategic and development advice.

Mark is on the RICS Panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts and receives regular appointments in relation to rent review, valuation and other disputes.  He also receives private appointments as a dispute resolver.
