A vacancy has arisen to join the Commercial team at our Chelmsford Office as a Professional Surveyor. The ideal candidate will be RICS qualified with some post qualification experience. You will be required to have a sound knowledge of commercial valuations for banking and investment purposes, rent reviews, lease renewals, rating and associated professional work. The post offers an attractive salary package including contributory pension, company car and other benefits and is based in our office on the edge of the town centre.
