R ANDREW CRAYSTON FRICS

Andrew joined Fenn Wright as an Associate Partner in 1991 and became an Equity Partner in 1993. He was elected to Senior Partner of the Firm in 2001, holds RICS Fellowship status and is Partner in Charge of the Firm’s Survey Division.

His wide-ranging and varied professional experience includes Estate Agency, Residential Valuations, Home Buyers’ Reports, Building Design and Planning and Development of Commercial Buildings. He is a specialist in large Residential Building Surveys; Expert Witness with Court and Land Tribunal experience.

Andrew is a Director of Colne Housing Association and the Colchester Town Partnership. He is a member and twice past President of the Rotary Club and is a former Chairman of the Essex Federation of Young Farmers Clubs.

Andrew is married with grown up children and enjoys tennis, motoring, gardening and his family.
