David joined Fenn Wright in 1998 in the Country House Department in Colchester, having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1984. He has over 20 years' experience in higher-end Residential Agency and currently oversees the Country House Agency along with the development of the successful Country & Equestrian division.

He has a farm at Easthorpe and plays an active part in the running of the estate which runs a 20-day shoot syndicate. He has two children, enjoys fishing and is keen on wildlife and conservation.
