Sites will be displayed on our own frequently updated website. We know how to get the best from online portals such as Rightmove and also upload to Zoopla, which powers many other portals including Primelocation, The Times, and London Evening Standard, and reaches a significant volume of potential buyers who might otherwise be missed.

Print media

We advertise extensively and in colour in local newspapers and magazines, and in the appropriate national and trade press. Our in-house experts are frequently quoted and have articles published, and where a project is of particular interest, press releases are issued to both local and national media.

Acquisitions

Local knowledge is crucial when it comes to finding viable development sites to buy. We keep our ears close to the ground .We know which sites have been sold and to whom. We monitor the planning pipeline and the Local Development Plan Framework so as to identify future site releases. We keep in touch with other developers and property agents to establish what sites may be coming forward for sale.
