Hayman joined Fenn Wright in 1988 as one of the founder staff members at the Firm’s Chelmsford office and became a Full Partner in 1993. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1986 and most of his experience has been in the commercial property sector.

He is responsible for commercial property professional work (valuations for loan security and other purposes; rent reviews; lease renewal and rating appeals). However, over recent years he has shifted more towards loan security valuations on properties within a 35 mile radius of Colchester.

Hayman is married with three children and enjoys farming, gardening, woodwork and walking.
