Also prior to occupation of the development, the existing access shall be narrowed to 4.8 metres wide and the visibility splay shown on the approved plans shall be provided.

Description Stambourne is a village in North Essex with its closest neighbouring villages being Ridgewell, Toppesfield and Cornish Hall End. Great Yeldham is also within easy access which offers the White Hart public house and local shops with the slightly larger village of Castle Hedingham offering primary and senior schooling and village facilities.
