Heating - Complete failure of central heating systems and/or hot water system provided that this is not as a result of power or gas disconnection
Electricity - Complete loss of power to lighting or power circuits (You are advised to check fuses or trip switches first and whether or not there has been a power cut)
Water - Complete loss of water supply or a major leak. Check prior to ringing that your supplier has not turned off the water
Gas - Any suspected leaks should first be reported to Transco (Tel. 0800 111 999). If there is a leak they will disconnect the supply and then you should contact our hotline to report the problem
Drains - Where foul drains are blocked so that sewage is flooding onto the property
