Outline planning permission has been granted by Suffolk Coastal District Council for the erection of five two storey dwellings. A planning agreement under Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 has been entered into between Suffolk Coastal District Council and National Grid Property Holdings Ltd.

Our clients have commissioned extensive environmental reports and these are also available with the information pack. Some contamination has been identified and purchasers can carry out their own site investigations if they so wish in accordance with the terms set out in the information pack.
