We recently used Fenn Wright on the sale of our property and cannot recommend them enough. Our property had been on with another agency for a few months but no real offers. We made the decision to go dual agency and on the first viewing Phil Lay-Flurrie secured us an offer! We live overseas and the prospect of selling in this situation was very daunting but Phil guided us through the process with great knowledge and expertise. He and the sales progression team kept us updated throughout and the sale went through in record time (just over 2 months!). Not only this but Phil went above and beyond on a few occasions and he isn’t in any way a ‘pushy’ agent, just very personable and made the whole process easy. Thank you again!
