I had an excellent experience buying my first home with my partner with Fenn Wright Stanway branch. The whole team was really kind and professional throughout, and super helpful and generous with their time considering it was our first time buying any kind of property and we were new to it all. Kirsty was especially professional, super warm and friendly, and always called each week to give you a detailed update on where you were at with the purchase journey. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

A big thank you to the team at Fenn Wright in Chelmsford! Firstly we used Fenn Wright to sell our property. The marketing was excellent and we were very pleased with the photos that Daniel took. Our house sold on the first day it went on the market and the team were very efficient in dealing with the offers made and keeping us in the loop at all times. The property we purchased was also with Fenn Wright, once again we were impressed when shown around by the team and felt we could trust their advice. We would certainly recommend Fenn Wright to anyone who is thinking of putting their house on the market.

At the beginning I made it very clear to all the estate agents that visited and valued the house, my negative opinions (putting it politely) of estate agents based on past of experience of them doing very little and being purely reactive for a great deal of money. When we asked Fenn Wright to look after the sale, I asked them to prove me wrong and I am pleased to say they did!

Proactive, clear communications, actually conducting and leading the viewings and wise enough to reduce the price when I suggested it was a little high. The final phase with the support of Sales Progressors worked well and smoothly and at no stage did I feel like I did not know what was happening. Credit where credit is due, Georgia and the team did a good job.

I found Fenn Wright to be diligent, transparent and communication was faultless. I was never once let down with a call back and Kirsty at Stanway in particular is the best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. All the staff are friendly and professional. Although I hope not to move house again, I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I do.
