I could not recommend Fenn Wright Witham enough for your house sale or purchase. They really have gone above and beyond for us throughout the whole process including speeding photography to get our property listed and frequent updates when needed on progress of our sale.

The staff are an asset to their branch, especially David, Georgia and Rhys who have been exceptional! There is no need to go to any other agent for your local sale, they are my top choice having used them on two occasions now!! Thank you Fenn Wright!!

Selling our home through Fenn Wright Felixstowe was a far more complex process than we ever anticipated, with a challenging property chain and several issues that had to be worked through before we could exchange.

Throughout it all, Charley was absolutely outstanding. Her communication was second to none she kept us informed every step of the way, was always proactive in providing updates, and was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or needed reassurance. At what was often a very stressful time, knowing Charley was keeping everything moving and ensuring everyone was communicating made a huge difference.

Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. She worked tirelessly with all parties in the chain, remained professional throughout, and genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for everyone involved.

I sold my first house through Fenn Wright. I genuinely thought that this would end up being an exhausting process of many viewings etc etc but I actually had very few viewings before my house had sold. That’s not to say that it was listed too low though because another estate agent wanted to list mine for less than it sold for!

It was pleasant dealing with the various members of the team that I dealt with all the way from valuing my property right up to the completion of sale. Every member of staff was incredibly pleasant to deal with at each stage and I must also hand a thanks to Josh for recommending Hayward Moon solicitors to me as that made the entire process smooth for us.
