ROGER P H HAYWARD MRICS

Originally trained as a land agent, Roger gained experience in commercial agency with companies locally and in London prior to joining Fenn Wright in 1990. He was Managing Partner between 1996 and 2004, during a period of significant growth and modernisation of the business.

He currently has responsibility for the Firm’s Commercial Division, whilst undertaking a broad range of Agency work with a strong personal specialisation in the Planning & Development sector. His current client profile includes institutional investors, local authorities, commercial and residential developers and medium to large sized local and regional companies.

Roger is Director and Past President of Property Agents International (a nationwide group of thirty-five independent commerical property practices) and a Director of COLBEA, a local Enterprise Agency.

Roger is married with two children and enjoys sailing, shooting and tennis.
