Despite wider economic challenges, the last twelve months have been a highly successful period for the Commercial Agency team at Fenn Wright, marked by robust performance and continued growth across both sales and lettings. Through a combination of market insight, proactive advice, and a focused approach, the team has delivered excellent results while further strengthening our position in the market.
In the lettings sector our total transaction value increased to excess of £5.5 million, representing a circa 12% uplift year-on-year. The total floor area let also rose to 568,531 sq ft, up 6.3%, reflecting consistent demand and stable occupancy levels.
Sales activity has been particularly strong, with the total value of sales reaching over £50 million – an increase of over 58% on the previous year. This significant growth demonstrates the team’s ability to identify and secure high-value opportunities in an evolving market.
The total sales square footage saw exceptional growth, more than doubling to 1,249,757 sq ft, a 128% increase year-on-year. This reflects not only an increase in activity but also a shift towards larger, more complex transactions, underlining the strength and depth of our expertise.
