Fenn Wright Acquires Henry Rose Sales and Lettings Agency

20 Apr 26

Fenn Wright is delighted to announce the recent acquisition of Henry Rose, an independent sales and lettings agency in Ipswich, who will be based at our prominent Kesgrave branch on Main Road.

Established by James Cornish in 2012, Henry Rose is perfectly aligned with Fenn Wright, sharing the same integrity and straight-forward approach. With unrivalled local knowledge and long-standing connections within the community, James joins Fenn Wright as Associate Partner and brings over 25 years’ estate agency experience, adding further depth to the company’s leadership team.

Henry Rose will continue to service both new and existing landlords and tenants as Henry Rose, part of Fenn Wright, ensuring continuity, expertise, and commitment to delivering the high level of service their clients value.

Ian Fry, Head of Estate Agency at Fenn Wright, said, “James is quite simply Mr Kesgrave. His reputation, experience and connections in the local market are exceptional. Bringing James and Property Manager, Harry Baker, into Fenn Wright is a major step in strengthening our position, and supports our ambition to establish Kesgrave as a clear market-leading location for sales and lettings.”

James Cornish added, “Joining Fenn Wright brings several important benefits to our landlords, and I would like to reassure them that both Harry and I will remain fully involved in the business and day-to-day management. As one of the most respected and established firms in the region, Fenn Wright provides long-term security, enhanced compliance support and means that we can continue to deliver a highly personal service, with increased exposure and cross-marketing opportunities.”

The acquisition represents another positive step forwards for Fenn Wright following the opening of our new office in Basildon earlier this year, and reflects the commitment of the Partners to investing in talent, strong local businesses, and long-term growth.
