SOLD – Strong competition for Sudbury commercial investment
Strong competition and a best and final offers process led to a sale in excess of the £450,000 guide price illustrating continued strong demand for well-let secondary investments. The three competing purchasers were all well-funded private individuals and settled at a target yield of between 7% – 7½%.
With five separate tenants, all with a good payment profile, contributing towards the rental income, the was seen as a low risk investment likely to generate reliable returns in the medium term. Longer term there remains the potential to break up the parade and their is potential for further capital uplift as rental levels recover.
