From the beginning of the sale, Fenn Wright took a very professional approach consulting us at every stage before releasing the property for sale. Numerous potential purchasers were found. One of these visited the property for a second time. Communication was good throughout the process both through email and telephone.

I have no doubt that without the effort and expertise this sale and the associated transactions would have failed. Mr Manning impressed at our first meeting and with each successive meeting was more and more impressive. This sale chain appeared doomed to failure on numerous occasions, and as each problem emerged, Mr Manning was on hand to find a path through that was acceptable to all parties and certainly by comparison operated beyond the call of duty and kept my wife and I informed at all times. I cannot praise Mr Manning, and by implication, Fenn Wright, too highly and have no hesitation in recommending Fenn Wright in the certain knowledge that they will succeed and see it through to completion.
