Working within a friendly and collaborative residential team, we are looking for a personable and motivated person to join our team as an Apprentice Negotiator.
This apprenticeship is a varied position working within the office, providing the best customer experience. In addition, you will also receive training from our apprenticeship provider in all aspects of residential, lettings, commercial property and legal/compliance.
With our extensive experience and expert knowledge, Fenn Wright will provide a supportive and collaborative environment where you can gain the required skills and knowledge, and receive excellent opportunities for development and career progression.
On completion of the apprenticeship, you will be able to acquire the fundamental skills for the commercial and residential property industry. This in turn will give you the capability for further career progression and enhance your ability to undertake further qualifications within Fenn Wright.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with potential clients about their property.
- Arranging and conducting viewing appointments.
- Matching people to property.
- Continuously looking for new opportunities for the business.
- Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market.
- Any other daily adhoc duties.

Essential Skills
- GCSE passes in Maths and English
- Ambition and a willingness to learn
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
