ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to become part of our Commercial Property agency team in Chelmsford. If you have excellent customer service and IT skills, together with a high level of attention to detail, then you could be the ideal person for this position based at our Duke Street office.

Vacancy Details

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Dealing efficiently with telephone enquiries.
  • Maintaining various database systems.
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives and other general administrative support tasks.
  • Undertaking viewings and inspections of commercial properties.
  • Preparation of marketing particulars, other agency documentation and reports.
  • Liaising with clients about their premises.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous property experience or customer service skills preferable.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and in written format.
  • Excellent IT skills, competent in Outlook, Excel and Publisher.
  • Driving licence.
  • Good local knowledge of Mid Essex area.
