Key Responsibilities
- Liaising effectively with solicitors on chain of sales
- Communicate with vendors and purchasers to manage expectations
- Liaising with other agencies when required
- Organising additional inspections by professional bodies when required
- Mediating objections and potential difficulties faced
- Agreeing completion dates
- Scheduling updates
- Organising key handovers
- Any other daily ADHOC duties
Experience
- Have an understanding of the legal process of a sale and purchase
- Proven agency experience
- Previous customer facing experience
- Kept up to date with trends in the local residential property market

- Excellent written and communication skills
