Vacancy Details

We are looking for an individual to provide excellent customer service, acting as a point of contact for all parties involved in the sale of a property, ensuring a smooth property transaction from sale through to completion. The successful applicant will be working within a professional and driven team who has a genuine passion for the industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.  This position will be based in our Kesgrave office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising effectively with solicitors on chain of sales
  • Communicate with vendors and purchasers to manage expectations
  • Liaising with other agencies when required
  • Organising additional inspections by professional bodies when required
  • Mediating objections and potential difficulties faced
  • Agreeing completion dates
  • Scheduling updates
  • Organising key handovers
  • Any other daily adhoc duties

Experience

  • Have an understanding of the legal process of a sale and purchase
  • Proven agency experience
  • Previous customer facing experience
  • Kept up to date with trends in the local residential property market

  • Excellent written and communication skills
