Where? Middleton is a small, quiet village set on the western side of the Stour Valley in a very sheltered by elevated location.

The village nestles in partly wooden countryside with easy access to the extensive network of local footpaths.

The village is located within easy reach of the thriving market town of Sudbury with its excellent shopping and recreational facilities, restaurants and public houses.

Sudbury has a strong sense of community with a wide range of sports and social clubs and unusually it retains a branch line railway station linking to the main line at Marks Tey with its straightforward access to London Liverpool Street Station.

Shepherds is set back from the road with a large in/out driveway providing parking space for numerous vehicles and giving access to the garage. The garden is mainly retained by mature hedgerow with a variety of mature trees and access via a five bar gate to one side leads to the three stables with further gated access to the paddock which runs to the rear of the property. There is a large polytunnel and soft fruit bushes.

There are lawned gardens to the rear of the annexe/bungalow building with mature trees and shrubs and to the rear of Shepherds there is an outside space ideal for entertaining with its lawned gardens, mature trees, patio areas and countryside aspect providing a delightful setting to the property with much seclusion.

Important information We understand the electricity is connected to the property, drainage is to a private system and that water is available privately, although this has not been verified by Fenn Wright.
