Below is some important information for Fenn Wright tenants over the festive period:

From 11am on Monday 23rd December until 10am on Friday 27th December 2024, and from 4pm on 31st December to 2nd January at 9am, we will be offering an emergency only service to tenants of properties managed by Fenn Wright.

If you are a tenant living in a property managed by Fenn Wright and have an emergency as detailed below, you will need to contact one of the on-call contractors in your area.

Gas leaks - Can you smell gas?  Firstly turn off your gas at the meter immediately and then call the Gas Emergency Services on 0800 111999 without delay.

Fenn Wright and appointed contractors for this period consider emergencies to be as follows:

Electric

Power failure, provided it is not a result of power disconnection for non-payment, lack of credit on a pre-payment meter, or an issue with your meter (which your electricity provider would need to address):

Locksmith 

For failed locks or unsecured properties, please note that tenants are responsible for out of hours locksmith charges due to loss of keys or being locked out of the property.  Fenn Wright must be supplied with a new key for the lock:

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY CHARGES MADE BY A CONTRACTOR WHICH ARE DEEMED TO BE A NON-EMERGENCY, OR IF THE PROPERTY IS NOT FULLY MANAGED BY FENN WRIGHT, WILL BE RECHARGED IN FULL TO THE TENANT.
