12. John Lewis refer a friend promotion
Referring a friend really could not be any easier:
We give every Fenn Wright client a unique code. Every time that code is used to introduce someone new to Fenn Wright who then instructs us to sell their home, we will give you a £100 John Lewis gift card when their sale completes. And we will give your friend a £100 gift card on completion too.
What’s the catch?
There are no limits to how often you can share your code and how many rewards you can claim. The only rule is that your code cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts, and can be used by new clients only. Only one code may be used for each house sale. A new client must provide your unique code when they request their free property valuation and BEFORE they sign their Agency Agreement.
Can I post my voucher code on my website or blog ?
Absolutely! Anyone who may benefit from instructing Fenn Wright to sell their home should hear about us and benefit from your recommendation. However, we ask that you please do not post your code on third party platforms or coupon sites. You can share with family, friends and colleagues through e-mail or personal social media channels (including personal blogs). Credits will be cancelled if the code is posted on a third party platform or coupon site by you, your friends, family or colleagues.
How do my friends benefit from my referral?
Each of your friends who is using your voucher code as a first-time client will receive a £100 John Lewis gift card when the sale of their home completes. As soon as one of your friends uses your code, we will notify you by email. You will receive your £100 John Lewis gift card when their sale completes too.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
13. Schools friends and family promotion
Supporting your school could not be any easier:
We give every approved school a unique code. Every time that code is used when a friend or family member of the school instructs us to sell their home, we will give the school a £250 donation when that sale completes.
Where’s the catch?

Show me the money!
We send a cheque to the school within 10 days of our invoice being paid.
This promotion is valid until 31st December 2018. Properties must have completed, invoiced and paid by 31st December 2018 in order to qualify. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
