15. Boxted St Peter’s CEVC Primary School Referral Promotion

Supporting your school could not be any easier, we give every approved school a unique code.  Every time that code is used when a friend or family member of the school instructs us to sell their home, we will give the school a £250 donation when that sale completes.

There are no limits to how often you can share the code and how many donations can be claimed. The only rule is that your code cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion or discount, and it can only be used by new clients.  Only one code may be used for each house sale. A new client must provide the unique school code when they request their free market appraisal and before they sign their Agency Agreement.

Can I post my voucher code online?  You can share your code with family, friends and colleagues but please do not post on social media or third-party websites.  The promotion will be cancelled if the code is posted on a third-party platform or coupon site.

Cheques will be presented to the school on completion and the sale must complete by 31st December 2023 to be eligible.  We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.  Standard Terms & Conditions apply.
