Fenn Wright set to open a new branch in Felixstowe
We are delighted to announce that we are opening our first office in Felixstowe next month, making this the eleventh Fenn Wright branch within our portfolio.
The branch in Felixstowe will primarily focus on residential sales and lettings and will be the latest addition to our growing network of branches throughout Essex and Suffolk. Despite challenging conditions in the housing market due to Covid-19, this expansion is a positive step for the firm, which was founded in 1768, and further cements Fenn Wright’s position as the market leaders in East Anglia.
Felixstowe is enjoying somewhat of a resurgence, having undergone a programme of investment and regeneration in recent years. In 2017, the pier reopened following a £3million makeover and more recently, plans were approved for a new £1million beach hut village and activity park. The town has a thriving community and properties range from new or converted apartments offering panoramic sea views, to large, detached homes packed with period features. Properties in Felixstowe still represent very good value for money with the average house price over the past year being £291,465, compared to £611,231 in Aldeburgh and £653,981 in Southwold, according to Rightmove.
Joseph Hall, Managing Partner at Fenn Wright, said: “We are extremely proud to announce that we are opening a new branch on bustling Hamilton Road in Felixstowe. The town has so much charm and character and with more buyers looking for access to outside space, we think Felixstowe is the perfect place to call home.”
