Design, planning & project management for residential properties
Our in-house design team have worked on numerous new build residential schemes and conversions, where on-site inspections are undertaken with key stakeholders to establish and identify the works required to a property. Once the brief has been established, we will produce detailed drawings, schedules and specifications for methods and materials to be utilised during the project.
Listed Buildings often require a detailed and intricate approach as well as early conversations with the local heritage department, where our team can assist clients with the process. Our Building Surveyors are well-equipped to assist with both the design and construction phases and offer a range of project management services.
