New RICS valuer at Fenn Wright Commercial in Ipswich
Gavin Keats BSc (Hons) MRICS has recently joined the commercial property team in Ipswich.
Gavin, a RICS Registered Valuer, was born and raised in Ipswich, but left in the late 1990s to study at Oxford Brookes University. He later joined Matthews & Goodman in the City of London where he qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and in 2003 joined Cushman & Wakefield working in their West End valuation team for 10 years. Gavin moved back home to Ipswich last year and will be providing valuation, consultancy and professional services.
Alistair Mitchell, Ipswich Commercial Partner said that he is delighted Gavin has joined the Ipswich office. He added: “Gavin is a very experienced valuer and has dealt with some significant national valuation instructions in the past for clients such as Jaguar Land Rover, Ford Motor Company, Tesco, Helical Bar as well as all the major banks”.

New manager for Fenn Wright Manningtree
With more than £20m worth of sales agreed since its launch in April 2013, Fenn Wright’s hugely successful Manningtree office is approaching its first birthday with a new manager at the helm.
Taking over from Toby Spencer-Campbell is Tony Cathro, who joined Fenn Wright eight years ago and most recently worked in the Chelmsford residential department.
Tony began training in residential agency in 1990 in Covent Garden. He has spent the last 20 years honing his expertise throughout Essex, joining the Colchester High Street branch of Fenn Wright in 2006. Married with two children, he lives in Ardleigh.

We are pleased to announce that David Ward our rural property specialist based at Stanway has accepted our invitation to join the Partnership with effect from April 2014.
Nigel Berry our building consultant at Stanway, Christopher Jessup manager of the Ipswich residential team and Maria Montgomery who works with our developer clients and specialises in the sale of new homes, have been promoted to Salaried Partners.
Karl Manning and Jon Barker who head up the residential sales and residential lettings teams respectively, at Chelmsford, have been promoted to Associate Partners.
