No floor plan? Tenants may ignore property

The Rightmove findings also suggest some 37 per cent of landlords would not invite an agent to value their home, if they did not provide floor plans as standard. 

And yet only 18 per cent of properties to let are advertised with floor plans according to an analysis of Rightmove listings.
