Michelle started her career in lettings in Colchester, working for an independent estate agents before moving to a national company as Lettings Manager, based in Chelmsford. Whilst there, Michelle became a member of ARLA Propertymark.

In 2010, Michelle was appointed Lettings Manager at Fenn Wright’s Chelmsford branch, where she grew the managed portfolio before relocating to the Colchester High Street branch, where she manages and leads a very busy team.

With great knowledge of the local area and a keen eye on the housing market, Michelle is committed to growing the business and is focused on ensuring all clients receive the best customer care at all times.

Michelle is married and lives in Colchester with her husband and teenage daughter.
