Vacancy Details

We are looking for a driven and personable Assistant Sales Manager to join our busy Felixstowe team to provide excellent customer service, dedicated to promoting and selling property to clients and maintaining good lines of communication. The successful applicant will be expected to assist the Partner in charge on the day-to-day operations of the office and help mentor the team to perform to the best of their ability in order to exceed turnover and performance targets.  You will be working within a professional team who has a genuine passion for the industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. With our extensive experience and expert knowledge, Fenn Wright will provide a supportive and collaborative environment where you can gain the required skills and knowledge, and receive excellent opportunities for development and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting market appraisals in our client’s homes, providing accurate valuations and winning the instructions in agreement of success rate outlined
  • Servicing a database of potential clients on a regular basis
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients whose homes we are selling
  • Liaising with potential clients about their property, maintaining good lines of communication
  • Arranging and conducting viewing appointments.
  • Looking for potential new opportunities for the business.
  • To manage the day to day running of the office
  • To oversee team members performance in order to support and drive their development and output
  • To meet monthly targets for the office in respect of instructions, sales and exchanges

Experience

  • Proven agency experience valuing residential property
  • Previous management experience
  • Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Very organised
  • Work well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team player
