Vacancy Details

We are looking for a driven and personable negotiator to join our busy Kesgrave team to provide excellent customer service, dedicated to promoting and selling property to clients and maintaining good lines of communication. The successful applicant will be working within a professional team who has a genuine passion for the industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. With our extensive experience and expert knowledge, Fenn Wright will provide a supportive and collaborative environment where you can gain the required skills and knowledge, and receive excellent opportunities for development and career progression.

Key responsibilities

  • Liaising with potential clients about their property, maintaining good lines of communication.
  • Arranging and conducting viewing appointments.
  • Servicing a database of potential clients on a regular basis.
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients
  • Looking for potential new opportunities for the business

Hours

  • Full time, 5 days a week plus one in three Saturdays

Experience 

  • Knowledge of the local area would be desirable
  • Previous experience in sales would be a distinct advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
