Vacancy Details

We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Assistant to join our busy Ipswich team to provide excellent customer service, dedicated to promoting and selling property to clients and maintaining good lines of communication. The successful applicant will be working within a professional team who has a genuine passion for the industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. With our extensive experience and expert knowledge, Fenn Wright will provide a supportive and collaborative environment where you can gain the required skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and carrying out viewing appointments with prospective buyers in the Essex/Suffolk region and manage clients across all price ranges
  • Handle applicant enquiries
  • Provide feedback to clients, liaising in a professional, polite and respectful manner
  • Seek to build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities

Hours

  • 8:45am to 5:00pm every Saturday at our busy town centre office.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, able to adapt your approach to a broad range of client types
  • Electronic diary management
  • High level of customer service
  • Previous property market experience an advantage
  • Experience of working with a high end product or service also an advantage
  • The ability to identify opportunities to create / develop business opportunities
  • High level of written accuracy and attention to detail
