A RICS Building Survey, formerly known as a structural survey, uses a simple 'traffic light' system to illustrate different parts of the property, highlighting any areas that require attention.  A Building Survey will report on the construction and condition of the property inside and out, including garages, conservatories, grounds and boundaries.

Our inspection will look for evidence of damp, timber defects and for structural movement.  Each report will be tailored to suit individual client's needs and our experienced Surveyors are on hand to offer further advice and guidance should any issues be identified.

RICS Building Survey

This is the most comprehensive inspection and report and, although suitable for all types of property, is usually carried out on older properties or those of non-standard construction.
