First anniversary of commercial acquisition
The acquisition of Newman Commercial was just over twelve months ago and the integration with Fenn Wright has been a seamless and successful journey.
Continuing to trade from Colchester Business Park under the brand Newman Commercial, which was formed in 1996, the integration has greatly assisted our market coverage and enquiry base. With the backing of a commercial property team of over 20 professionals, the combined talents of both independent practices make for one of the largest firms of Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Consultants within the Eastern region.

Newman Commercial have completed on the sales and lettings of five of the largest industrial and warehouse buildings over the past six months which reinforces the demand for readily available commercial premises within the Colchester area.
