Construction Phase

We undertake site inspections at all stages of construction phase, providing quality and cost control services and ensuring the correct materials and construction methods are being utilised, along with good workmanship.

Our team also undertake contract administration services including the provision of payment, drafting and issuing payment certification, and ensuring the valuations undertaken throughout the project are in line with the progress.

Communication with any kind of project is key to ensuring a successful outcome, we keep our clients updated at all stages of the project, providing regular updates to ensure transparency between all Stakeholders.

Post Construction Phase

Prior to issuing completion certification, we will conduct final inspections which identify any outstanding works or ‘snagging’ items which require making good prior to project sign off and liaise with the contractor to effectively manage the defects liability period.
