Fenn Wright appoints former Connells Group CEO (Estate Agency) as Equity Partner
Fenn Wright is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Fry as Equity Partner and Head of Estate Agency, effective 1st December 2025. Ian will lead the residential team at Fenn Wright and brings his vast knowledge of the sector, following his successful career with Connells Group.

Ian Fry has an impressive background, having started his career in estate agency in 1991. He joined William H Brown in 1996, which subsequently became part of the Connells Group, where he progressed from being a front desk estate agent to Connells Group Chief Executive (Estate Agency). As part of the Senior Management team, Ian contributed to the group’s successful development and expansion, introducing many industry and people leading practices.

After 28 years of working for Connells Group, Ian departed in January and is excited to join Fenn Wright as part of the executive team.
