James joined Fenn Wright in 2026 as Associate Partner, following the sale of his business, Henry Rose Lettings, to Fenn Wright.  As well as being involved in the day-to-day running of the Henry Rose brand, James also now manages the Kesgrave sales office for Fenn Wright.

With over 25 years’ experience in estate agency and having lived in Kesgrave with his young family for nearly 20 years, James is ideally placed to share his local knowledge and expertise with his clients, old and new.

In his spare time, James is a qualified youth football coach and is a keen member of the local Kesgrave running club.
