Fenn Wright is a multidiscipline firm, specialising in residential sales and lettings, commercial agency, rural, water and leisure property services, RICS valuations, building consultancy and property management. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to become part of our expanding commercial property agency and valuation team based in our busy Ipswich office. If you enjoy being part of a busy, friendly and successful team, dealing with a varied workload, calmly and efficiently under pressure and take pride in your work, then you could be the ideal person for this position.
This role is a minimum of 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with up to 37.5 hours available.
Vacancy Details
Key Responsibilities
- Provide invaluable administrative support to the Commercial Agency & Valuation Departments
- Answering telephone calls from clients, other professional consultants and property enquiries
- Maintaining internal systems and databases
- Preparing property marketing brochures and assisting with the implementation of marketing campaigns
- Diary management, arranging meetings, valuation inspections and viewings
- Audio typing of reports, letters and invoices
Experience
- Previous experience in a secretarial role is preferred
Essential Skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Competent in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- A flexible approach to a varied workload
