Vacancy Details

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to become part of our expanding Commercial Property Management team based in our busy Tollgate Head Office. If you enjoy being part of a busy, friendly and successful team, dealing with a varied work load, calmly and efficiently under pressure and take pride in your work, then you could be the ideal person for this position.

This role is Monday to Friday, minimum of 25 hours per week 10:00am to 3:00pm.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide invaluable administrative support to the Commercial Management Team
  • Answering telephone calls from clients and tenants
  • Maintaining internal systems and databases
  • Liaising with the property managers and the accounts team to ensure that invoices are issued and payments received
  • Speaking with contractors to arrange repairs
  • Diary management – reviewing systems and flagging upcoming lease events
  • Supporting other areas of the commercial property team to support holiday cover / sickness

Experience 

  • Previous experience in an administrative / finance role preferred

Essential Skills

  • Ability to communicate at all  levels
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent in IT including MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A flexible approach to a varied workload
