We are still taking enquiries, arranging virtual viewings and negotiating sales and lettings. Our Agency team are available to discuss new instructions and provide initial advice ensuring we are in a strong position to start marketing your property as soon as restrictions are lifted.
Valuations
Fenn Wright have unrivalled knowledge of the local market. There is a good chance that we may already hold details of your property or similar properties nearby. This means we are able to offer a RICS compliant desktop report which can be updated once we are able to inspect the property.
Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews & Lease Re-gears
A large number of tenants are under significant financial pressure and seeking assistance from landlords. Although the Coronavirus Act offers a short-term remedy limiting forfeiture, it does not address longer term issues. We are currently acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants, negotiating revised lease terms which allow the short and long-term objectives of both parties to be achieved.
Development
Development opportunities usually involve us making an initial desktop assessment utilising the planning, technical and legal resources available to us online. We are working with many new and existing clients preparing viability land studies saving valuable time in the long run.
We are also reviewing development sites for lenders who accept that desktop appraisals are sufficient to value these assets for finance.
