Covid-19: An update

02 Nov 20

To control the spread of the virus, the Government has announced a second lockdown from Thursday 5th November to Wednesday 2nd December.

Our business remains operational and we are still able to provide a full range of services to our clients and customers through a combination of home and office based working, observing all current guidelines.

Our offices remain closed to the public unless by prior appointment for a specific purpose, such as the collection of keys, for example.

Housing Minister, Robert Jenrick, has confirmed that renters and homeowners in England will be able to move. Estate agents, removal firms and tradespeople can still operate and are able to go into homes. Construction sites can and should continue, but all must follow the Covid safety guidance.

We must all continue to follow social distancing guidelines including wearing masks, and gloves where appropriate. We will ask sellers to leave windows and doors open and vacate their property during accompanied viewings, which should only last for 15 minutes.

Fenn Wright are committed to the safety of our staff , clients and customers.  We believe that by observing Government guidelines and maintaining vigilance we can still enable our clients to achieve their objectives.
