Estates Gazette’s Most Active Agent, Suffolk

Fenn Wright has won two prestigious accolades in Estates Gazette’s EGi Awards 2017. The national industry awards celebrate the most active commercial agents in securing sales or lettings for the previous 12 months, with Fenn Wright scooping both the EGi Most Active Agent Award, Suffolk and EGi Dealmaker Award, Suffolk which has been accredited to Mark Drummond of Fenn Wright, for his personal success over the past year.

The Estates Gazette split all commercial transactions completed throughout the country into regions, with Fenn Wright receiving the regional award for being the most active commercial agent in Suffolk for four years out of the last five.

The annual awards, by Estates Gazette, the UK’s highly respected and principal journal for the commercial property world, are fiercely contested.

Over the course of the year we sold, let or acquired a total of 192 properties across the region, equating to a total sales value of just under £37m and combined rents amounting to just under £3m.”

Commenting on winning the EGi Dealmaker Award, Suffolk for the fourth year running, commercial property agent, Mark Drummond said: “I am delighted to receive this award.
