Exciting new neighbourhood underway in Felixstowe
Fenn Wright are proud to have been appointed by East Suffolk Council as part of the design team supporting the delivery of the North Felixstowe Garden Neighbourhood Local Plan, providing viability and feasibility advice to assist in the delivery of the Masterplan. This builds on the ongoing success of our development team, who are also currently advising stakeholders of the Tendring Garden Suburb – a substantial scheme to the east of Colchester.
North Felixstowe Garden Neighbourhood is part of the East Suffolk Local Plan for the delivery of up to 2,000 homes. The allocation will seek to deliver housing that meets the needs of the community, including policy compliant affordable housing, housing to meet the specialised needs of older, younger and vulnerable people, as well as self-build plots.

Felixstowe North differentiates itself from similar schemes of this size by being leisure lead – a new state of the art leisure facility will be delivered as a priority, with the scheme also offering access to large amounts of open space and improving access to The Grove – a local beauty spot.
