Fenn Wright appoint two senior Chartered Surveyors in Suffolk
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Edwards and George Woodward, both of whom are very well-known commercial Surveyors in and around Ipswich.
Both Paul and George bring with them many years of expertise in the local property market as experienced Chartered Surveyors with an established client base. Tracey Clay also joins the team as Commercial Secretary, providing key administrative and secretarial support.

As one of the founding members of EWS Chartered Surveyors in 1991, George Woodward, MRICS, has a wealth of experience gained over 30 years working in East Anglia’s commercial property sector. He has been instrumental in a number of high-profile commercial development projects over the past 25 years and joins Fenn Wright as a Consultant.
Paul Edwards, MRICS, joins as a Partner at Fenn Wright, having started at EWS in 1995 before becoming a Director in 1999. Paul has spent over 20 years working in the Suffolk property market and will work alongside John Birchall, MRICS, providing valuation, professional and lease advisory services.
In August 2017, Fenn Wright acquired Taylor & Co in Chelmsford followed by Newman Commercial, based at Colchester Business Park.
