Fenn Wright celebrate first successful year in Felixstowe
Fenn Wright’s Felixstowe office opened in October 2021 and is going from strength to strength, with a strong share of the market and our sold boards becoming a familiar sight.
The branch in Felixstowe is primarily focused on residential sales and lettings and is the youngest branch in the growing Fenn Wright network throughout Essex and Suffolk. This expansion is a positive step for the firm, which was founded in 1768, and further cements our position as the market leaders in East Anglia.
One recent client commented “Simply the best! I met Adam – such a lovely professional guy, whom might I add takes the most fantastic photos of your home for Rightmove! Then within only 1 day of signing up and photos live 7 viewings booked. I then had the fantastic John Graham conduct the viewings; I could tell the viewers warmed to him instantly. I had to choose between offers the next morning and sold in less than 3 days.
Now onto the most efficient Kyle and Jen, they are with you throughout the rest of the sale process /paperwork etc. Never feel you are forgotten here. This really is a highly skilled agency who puts the seller/buyer first and foremost. I would never go anywhere else again. This wonderful team know how to sell.”

The town also has a number of recreational facilities, including a leisure centre, tennis club, rugby club and cricket club.
Felixstowe South Beach and Pier were named one of only 76 Blue Flag rated beaches in England to have ‘excellent’ water quality for swimming, awarded by environmental charity, Keep Britain Tidy. The only beach to be awarded a Blue Flag in Suffolk, Felixstowe has been undergoing a period of regeneration and improvement over the past several years and the Pier was reopened in 2017, following a £3million makeover.
