Fenn Wright complete letting of prominent Aldeburgh premises to popular local retailer
Fenn Wright are delighted to have let 130 High Street, a property in the heart of Aldeburgh, to local independent retailer, Aldeburgh Kitchen Company.
Previously tenanted for 44 years by Baggot & Son newsagents, Aldeburgh Kitchen Company is the sister company of established Woodbridge Kitchen Company, who have been in the Thoroughfare in Woodbridge for over 35 years.
Established in 1984, the business has been a regular winner of both local and national awards and are known for their highly creative and eye-catching window displays, winning Britain’s Best Window Display in 2019 at The Houseware Innovation Awards.
Aldeburgh Kitchen Company owners, Kirsteen Torrance and Paul Venediger commented “We are delighted to have opened our new store in one of the best coastal locations in the country, and believe that our local experience, renowned customer service and broad range of stock will be a great fit for Aldeburgh’s everyday needs in the kitchen and home.”
Commended as Britain’s Best Independent Cookshop in 2020, and runners up in 2022, the kitchen shop is an Aladdin’s cave offering everything from kitchen gadgets, utensils and pots and pans, stocking over 3,000 everyday and aspirational kitchen and homeware products, also available online.
