Fenn Wright land top industry award
Fenn Wright are delighted to announce that we topped the list for the highest number of Industrial property transactions in the South East in 2018 and were proud to have been among the finalists in the Offices category. The 2018 Estates Gazette awards saw us beat off competition from national and international agents including JLL, Savills and Lambert Smith Hampton.
The awards are given to the best performing commercial agents over the previous year, with figures based on Radius Data Exchange, providing a detailed breakdown of transaction volumes on both national and regional levels across various property types.
Last year Fenn Wright were involved in 359 commercial property deals, consisting of 153 Industrial transactions, 151 Office transactions and 55 Retail transactions.
