Fenn Wright voted EG’s Most Active Commercial Agent in Essex 2021
We are delighted to announce that Fenn Wright were awarded overall winners of the EG’s 2021 Most Active Commercial Agent in Essex and runners up in Suffolk, demonstrating our coverage in East Anglia.
The Estates Gazette (EG) run the annual competition based on the total floor area and number of buildings sold and let throughout a twelve-month period. Local, national and international agencies compete for this coveted annual award.
Last year was challenging for all, however, Fenn Wright let and sold 664,220 sq ft (61,706 sq m) of office space, industrial units and retail space in Essex, totalling 163 transactions beating those in second place by 125,000 sq ft (11,612 sq m) and 45 transactions.
Michael Moody, Partner at Fenn Wright, also scooped ‘Dealmaker of the Year’ in the South East region, achieving a record 85 transactions which completed during 2021.
