Finding the right tenant is hugely important, and as well as advertising on the major portals such as Rightmove and OnTheMarket, we will accompany viewings, run full tenant checks, and prepare a thorough tenancy agreement.
Fenn Wright is a member of the Association of Registered Letting Agents (ARLA Propertymark) – and are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and The Property Ombudsman (TPO).
It is a requirement of membership that our staff are trained to the ARLA codes of practice and will have taken a written exam to qualify to use the ARLA logo. We are also required to follow their codes of practice – have Client Money protection, use a Government-approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and have Professional Indemnity insurance.
